Adan K. Pope is a leading authority on digital transformation, strategic technology leadership, and technology disruption, with over thirty years of career experience. Adan has served as a senior executive for many enterprises executing a digital or portfolio transformation that led to their strategic renaissance, growth, and at times, acquisition. He has held almost every role in software technology innovation and development from software developer to chief technology and innovation officer for some of the communications industry’s most innovative technology companies. Adan has also held executive leadership roles in companies serving the retail analytics/IoT, gaming, and most recently outsourced marketing services industries, as well as held the chief officer title for innovation, industry architecture, and strategy.
Dan Pitt
Dan Pitt has been a leading voice of the open networking movement since its inception. He served as executive director of ONF from 2011-2016 and since 2017 has been senior vice president of MEF, applying SDN, NFV, Cloud, Disaggregation, and Open Source to the offering of new, dynamic services across a global system of automated networks. He also advises private and public companies to commercialize new ideas in broad areas of IT and is an Executive in Residence at the Plug and Play Tech Center, Inc., the world’s most successful startup accelerator. Prior to ONF he served as Dean of Engineering at Santa Clara University, held executive management roles at Nortel Networks and Bay Networks, developed and managed networking technology at HP Laboratories Palo Alto and IBM Research Zurich, and taught computer science and electrical engineering at Duke and UNC. He holds a B.S. from Duke and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Illinois and is a Fellow of the IEEE.

Mihai Fagadar-Cosma is CTO of Waylay for the EMEA region. He has close to 20 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, having worked for companies like Alcatel-Lucent and Nokia and with CSPs around the world in various technical leadership roles. Mihai’s expertise ranges from radio network planning to network service orchestration and 5G network slicing, being doubled by a strong background in software architecture and algorithms. Besides IoT automation, at Waylay he is focused on supporting the OSS/BSS digital transformation strategies of the company's telecom customers. Mihai holds a PhD in computer vision and is a passionate landscape photographer.
